On the Rise and Modern Reform of Israeli Kibbutz Movement

Kibbutz is the unique public ownership economic social organization in Israel, it’s one of the economic entities in the world in which the public ownership account for a relative large extent. The earliest Kibbutz appeared in the year of 1909 and it had been established in the next year of 1901; 1930s 1940s was the golden age regarding to the building of Kibbutz; since the establishment of Israel, Kibbutz had been transferred from the scattered situation to union. The combined Kibbutz became
the independent political and economic force, being recorded in the history of Israel, in 1960s. About two decades later, in 1980s, as the result of inner disadvantages as well as domestic economic crisis, causing two double pressure, Kibbutz got into the great depression era. Its crisis mainly expressed in labor loss, economic depression, the collapse of traditional value and community. To pass through the crisis, Israel has been conducted bolder reform, which made Kibbutz renew vigor ultimately.
