The Fraternity Beliefs of the Christian Bible and the Charity Consciousness of the American People

Abstract

The mature and developed philanthropy in the United States is inseparable from the high level of philanthropic awareness among its people. Among them, Christian culture has an important influence on the formation of American people’s charity consciousness. The Christian fraternity beliefs have cultivated the love and compassion of the American people, and shaped their charitable consciousness of respect, forgiveness and equality. Under the guidance of modern values, the American people inherited and carried forward the concept of sinful wealth and formed a Christian concept of charity and wealth. Under the guidance of these concepts, they established charitable organizations and invested in charity and activities to eliminate poverty.
