Abstract

The devils of the Book of Job and The Monk greatly enrich connotations of works via vivid images. At the level of contents, the devils scornfully allure or even slay righteous people who are admired by the world. However, from aspect of thoughts, the devils make indelible contributions to religion and morality, which makes more comprehensive supplements and interpretations by vice versus righteousness.
